Background
An author, or any other role who has access to the module Scenarios, can share a scenario with anyone else who has access to the same module. Administrators have access to all content, so it is not possible to share anything with administrators.
Procedure
To share a scenario with another author, proceed as follows:
Go to Authoring > Scenarios.
Result: The list of scenarios you created or that have been shared with you appears.
Click the three dots next to the scenario you want to share and select Share.
Result: The Share scenario dialog window appears.Enter the name of the user or group you want to share the scenario with.
Note: You can only select users or groups that already exist in your assessmentQ environment, you cannot add new users or groups here.
Click the Save button.
Result: The selected users will be notified by e-mail that you have shared a scenario with them. They can click the button in the e-mail to open this specific scenario in assessmentQ immediately.
