Standard reports vs. Advanced reports

Updated over 2 months ago

Background

In the assessmentQ Results module, you can find the following types of reports:

Standard reports vs. advanced reports

The Assignment and User reports are standard reports:

  • Standard reports are predefined reports for the assignment or user of your choice.

  • They are always up-to-date, i.e. they automatically contain the results of the most recently finished sessions.

  • The use of standard reports is straightforward and intuitive. You don't need to be an experienced assessmentQ user to consult a report.

  • Standard reports are only available on the level of an assignment or user. It is not possible to define another entry point nor to combine several assignments or several users in one report.

In the Advanced reports module:

  • By default, no advanced reports are available. You generate your own fully customised reports based on your own data selection and session filters.

  • An advanced report is not automatically updated. If you want to know the latest status, you explicitly need to update the report.

  • The use of advanced reporting is aimed at experienced assessmentQ users who want to define their own data selection criteria and filters for their reports.

  • You can select and organise the data for your report to your own needs.
