How can I reset my password?

You want to sign in to the assessmentQ portal, but you forgot your password? Or the link to reset your password has expired?

In that case, you can set up a new password for your account.

Procedure

To set up a new password, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to [your domain name].assessmentq.com.
    Result: You see the sign-in page.

  2. Click Forgot your password?

  3. Enter your e-mail address and click the Send button.
    Result: You will receive an e-mail with further instructions. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.

  4. Click the Change password button in the e-mail.
    Result: You will be redirected to a web page where you can enter a new password.

  5. After changing your password, click Confirm.
    Result: Your password has been changed. You can now sign-in with your new password.

Notes:

  • If the Forgot your password? link is not available on the sign-in page, please contact the assessmentQ administrator of your organisation.

  • The email with a link to reset your password is valid for 24 hours. After that, the link will no longer work. Didn't change your password in time and the link no longer works? Simply follow the steps again to receive a new email with a new link to reset your password.
