Exports are not downloaded immediately, but processed in the background. In this way, you are able to continue with your work while you are waiting for a report to be available.
As a backoffice user, you will be notified via the assessmentQ notification center when an export is ready for download.
You can find the assessmentQ notification panel next to the settings:
