Cookie settings

Update the settings

Chrome:

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Settings.
    Result: a new tab with settings opens.

  3. Go to Cookies and other site data.

  4. Select Allow all cookies.

  5. Close the tab.

Firefox:

  1. Click on the three stripes in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Settings.
    Result: a new tab with settings opens.

  3. Go to Privacy & security in the left-hand navigation.

  4. Under Enchanced tracking protection, select Custom.

  5. Select Cookies if that is not yet the case and choose All third-party cookies in the dropdown.

  6. Click on Reload all tabs (if this appears).

  7. Close the tab.

Safari:

  1. Click on Safari in the upper menu.
    Result: a dropdown menu appears.

  2. Click on Preferences.

  3. Go to the tab Privacy.

  4. Toggle off Block all cookies.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Settings.
    Result: a new tab with settings opens.

  3. Go to Cookies and site permissions in the left-hand navigation.

  4. Under All permissions, click on Cookies and site data.

  5. Toggle off Block third-party cookies.

  6. Close the tab.

Clear cookies

Chrome:

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Settings.
    Result: a new tab with settings opens.

  3. Go to Clear browsing data.
    Result: a pop-up appears.

  4. Select Cookies and other site data.

  5. Click on Clear data.
    Result: Your cookies are cleared.

Firefox:

  1. Click on the three stripes in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Settings.
    Result: a new tab with settings opens.

  3. Go to Privacy & security in the left-hand navigation.

  4. Scroll down to Cookies and site data.

  5. Click on Clear data.

  6. Click on Clear.
    Result: a pop-up appears.

  7. Click on Clear now.
    Result: Your cookies are cleared.

Safari:

  1. Click on Safari in the upper menu.
    Result: a dropdown menu appears.

  2. Click on Preferences.

  3. Go to the tab Privacy.

  4. Click on Manage website data.
    Result: a pop-up appears.

  5. Click on Remove all.
    Result: a pop-up appears.

  6. Click on Remove now.
    Result: Your cookies are cleared.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Settings.
    Result: a new tab with settings opens.

  3. Go to Cookies and site permissions in the left-hand navigation.

  4. Click on Manage and delete cookies and site data.

  5. Click on See all cookies and site data.

  6. Click on Remove all.
    Result: a pop-up appears.

  7. Click on Clear.
    Result: Your cookies are cleared.
