All browsers that assessmentQ supports are so-called "Evergreen browsers". These are automatically upgraded to future versions, rather than being updated by the distribution of new versions from the manufacturer. For Evergreen browsers, the latest 2 stable major versions are always supported.

Apart from the Evergreen browsers, assessmentQ also supports the open source Safe Exam Browser, a browser that locks down the participant's environment to increase the security level of the exam.
