Sending an assignment for review

About sending an assignment for review

As an author, you can send your assignment for review to your colleagues or external reviewers:

  • They will receive an e-mail asking them to review your assignment.

  • The status of your assignment will automatically change to To be reviewed.

The reviewers can open your assignment directly from the email with a simple click of a button. The assignment is opened in the assessmentQ player.
The reviewers can send you their feedback via email by replying to your message.

Notes:

  • Reviewers are not required to have an assessmentQ account. Anyone can access the assignment by clicking the button in the email.

  • If, however, the reviewers have the appropriate authoring permissions, they can make the necessary changes themselves to the items in your assignment and / or to your assignment and update the assignment status.
For more information, see About roles and permissions and Sharing an assignment.

Procedure

Proceed as follows to send an assignment for review:

  1. Go to Authoring > Assignments.
Result: You see the list of your assignments.
