How do I search for help?

If you have an assessmentQ related question, you can ask for help:

  • via the built-in chatbot, or

  • consult our assessmentQ Help Center.

Via the assessmentQ chatbot

To ask a question to the assessmentQ chatbot, proceed as follows:

  1. Sign in to the assessmentQ backoffice. More information.

  2. Click the Get help from an expert button via the Help icon in the menu bar or via the Quick links in your assessmentQ backoffice dashboard.


    Result: The chatbot is opened in a pop-up.

  3. Enter your question and click the submit button at the bottom right.
    Result: You will receive an instant answer based on our assessmentQ resources. If no answer can be provided, you will be asked if you would like to be connected with one of our assessmentQ support agents. In this case, a ticket will be created for further follow-up. More information.

Note: Note that you can also open the chatbot from the assessmentQ Help Center, see below.

Via the assessmentQ Help Center

To search for information in the assessmentQ Help Center, proceed as follows:

  1. Sign in to the assessmentQ backoffice. More information.

  2. Click the Help center button via the Help icon in the menu bar or via the Quick links in your assessmentQ backoffice dashboard.

    Result: You are redirected to the assessmentQ Help Center where you find an overview of all assessmentQ documentation.

  3. In the Help Center, you can:

    • Search for specific information, using the search field at the top.

    • Browse through the documentation to look for the information you need.

    • Open your tickets portal.

    • Click the chatbot icon at the bottom right to ask for a question.

Notes:

  • You will only see the tickets portal and the chatbot when you logged on to the help center via the assessmentQ backoffice. If you go directly to the URL of the help center, the tickets portal and the chatbot will not be available.

  • The tickets portal is only available if you have the appropriate access rights. If you don't see the tickets portal, please contact Televic Education via [email protected].
