Background
Once a grading plan is published, it gets the status Live. The plan then opens as a dashboard where you follow up the grading progress. When all graders have finished their tasks, you complete the plan, or the plan completes automatically, and the results become available.
Follow up the progress
Open the grading plan via Grading > Grading plans. The header shows the Due date, the Live tag and, if autocomplete is switched on, the Autocomplete tag. Hover over that tag to see when the plan will complete. The dashboard refreshes automatically every 30 seconds: the green line under the header shows when the next refresh happens.
At the top of the dashboard, three widgets give an overview:
Sessions: the number of sessions in the plan, whether they come from a Finish window or a Fixed collection, the Session status (finished and not finished sessions) and the exams (click the info icon to see them). For a plan with a finish window, you also see the finish window. Click View sessions to see the list of sessions in the plan.
Answers: how many answers have been confirmed, with a chart of Confirmed and Not confirmed answers.
Tasks: how many grader tasks are finished, with a chart of Finished, In progress and Not started tasks.
Below the widgets, use the Progress by toggle to choose a view:
Grader: one row per grader, with the task status and the number of confirmed answers. Filter on task status or progress, or search for a grader. If you are a grader in the plan yourself, click Start to open your own task.
Allocation: the tree of exams, parts and items, with the allocated graders and the number of confirmed answers per level.
A live plan in the Grader view. Circled: the header with the due date and the Live and Autocomplete tags, and the Progress by toggle.
A live plan in the Allocation view. Circled: the Sessions widget and the Progress by toggle.
In a plan with sessions that are not finished yet, the answers of those sessions are added to the grader tasks as soon as the sessions finish.
The View sessions dialog lists the sessions in the plan.
Make changes while the plan is live
Replace a grader: in the Grader view, open the row actions (⋮) of the grader and select Replace grader. The new grader gets full access to the grader task, including the scores that were already confirmed. This is only possible as long as the grader's task is not finished.
Due date: click the pencil next to the due date in the header. The new due date applies to every task in the plan.
Finish window (only for plans with a finish window): click the pencil next to the finish window. A live window can only widen: you can start earlier or finish later. Narrowing it would drop sessions that are already being graded, so those dates cannot be selected.
Autocomplete: open the actions menu (⋮) at the top right, select Plan settings and switch Autocomplete grading plan on or off.

Complete the grading plan
If Autocomplete grading plan is switched on, the plan completes automatically once all sessions and grader tasks are finished (and, for a plan with a finish window, the finish window has ended). You can also complete the plan yourself:
Wait until all grader tasks have the status Finished. Until then, the Complete grading button is not available.
Click Complete grading.
Result: A confirmation dialog opens. Depending on the plan, it tells you that:sessions that are not finished yet are removed from the plan. They can be graded in another plan later.
the finish window closes now. Sessions that finish later are not graded in this plan.
the grading results are sent back to assessmentQ.
Confirm.
Result: The plan gets the status Completed and the results become available. The header shows who completed the plan and when, or Autocompleted on if the plan completed automatically. You can still view the sessions of a completed plan.
Note: Completing a grading plan cannot be undone.
