Background
The Grading plans overview lists all grading plans you created or that were shared with you. Users with the extended permission Access to all grading plans see all plans in the environment, including plans created via the API (created by Webservice User).
Find a grading plan
Search by plan ID or name.
Filter on Exam, Created by, Grader and Status. By default, only plans with status Draft and Live are shown. Remove the status filter to also see Completed plans.
Sort by clicking a column header, and use the column selector (top right) to show or hide columns. The Sessions from column shows whether a plan uses a finish window or a fixed collection. The columns Finish window from and Finish window to are hidden by default.
Answers confirmed shows the grading progress of each plan.
The row actions of a plan with a fixed collection. The circled Duplicate action is not available.
Actions on a grading plan
Open the row actions (⋮) of a plan in the overview, or the actions menu (⋮) at the top right of an opened plan.
Share: give other users access to the plan.
Duplicate: create a copy of the plan, for example for a next grading round. The copy gets "(Copy)" in its name and starts as Draft, with the same exams, finish window and grader allocation. Adjust the finish window before you publish it, because a session can only belong to one grading plan. A plan with a fixed collection cannot be duplicated, for the same reason.
Delete: only possible for plans in status Draft.
In an opened Live plan, the actions menu also contains Plan settings, where you switch autocomplete on or off.
Rename a grading plan
Click the name in the breadcrumb at the top of an opened plan and type the new name. This is possible for Draft and Live plans. Graders see the new name in their grader task.
Statuses
Draft: the plan is being prepared. Graders do not see anything yet.
Live: the plan is published and the graders are working on their tasks.
Completed: grading is finished and the results are available.
