About registration with a group code
Your organisation may ask you to create your account yourself using the self-registration page. In this case, you will receive a code from your organisation that you need to enter in the self-registration form.
This procedure not only allows you to register your account in assessmentQ, but also to join a group. By joining a group, you gain automatic access to all assignments that your organisation has scheduled for that group.
Completing the self-registration form
Proceed as follows to register:
Go to [your domain name].assessmentq.com
Click Register with a group code at the bottom of the page.
Enter your first name, last name, e-mail address and the group code (6 characters).
Click Register.
Open the e-mail you received on the address you filled in and set up your password by clicking the Choose your password button.
Result: A new tab opens up for setting up your password.Choose and confirm your password
Result: You see a screen saying that you changed your password.Click Sign in to log in to your assessmentQ account.
Result: You see your assessmentQ portal homepage. Your account is automatically added to the group you entered the code for. You see all schedules that are published for your group.
Notes:
If you don't see the link Register with group code, it means self-registration is not activated for your organisation. Please contact your organisation for more information.
You can register only once with the same e-mail address.
Adding another group to your profile
You can add another group code to your profile.
To add an extra group code, proceed as follows:
Sign in to your portal. More information.
Open the dropdown next to your name in the top right corner.
Select My groups.
Result: You see the My groups page.
Click on Add group code.
Result: The Add group code pop-up opens.
Add the group code and press Continue.
Result: The group is added to your profile and you have access to all content that is scheduled for this new group.
