About Edumail templates

In an Edumail campaign, assessmentQ questions are delivered to the participants via e-mail. More information, see Edumail campaigns.

As an administrator, you can customize the mail template for the Edumail campaigns to match the look and feel of your company / organization.

As an administrator, you can:

  • create new Edumail templates

  • change a template to become the default Edumail template

Note: If you want the authors and / or schedulers in your assessmentQ environment to be able to create their own Edumail templates, you need to activate the Access to Edumail templates permission in their role. More information.
