Hiding the Forget password link
In case of high-stakes exams, you may want to define the participants' passwords yourself and communicate the password verbally at the start of the exam. In this case, participants should not be able to retrieve or change their password via the sign in page.
Procedure
Proceed as follows to hide the Forget password link:
Go to Settings
> Security.
Select the option Hide "Forgot password" link on sign in page.
Result: The Forgot password link and the Remember me option are no longer shown on the sign in page.
Embedding the access code page in an iFrame
Due to security reasons, it's by default impossible to embed the access code page in an iFrame on a certain website. If you trust the website with the iFrame, you can whitelist it and afterwards, you'll be able to embed the access code page onto this website.
Note: This feature is inactive by default. It's only included for customers with an integration pack.
Procedure
Proceed as follows to allow embedding the access code page in an iframe of a specific website:
Go to Settings
> Security.
Enable the option Allow embedding the access code page in an iframe
Whitelist the website(s) where you want to embed the page. You can use '*' for variables within the same base website. For example "https://*.assessmentq.com"

IP address restrictions are fully supported in the assessmentQ API. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and can be retrieved via the API. A detailed overview of the available API calls can be retrieved from the online API documentation that you can find by browsing to your API Endpoint URL. For more information, see Using the assessmentQ API.
